Objectives
Monster came to Advertising.com to generate high-volume job postings for its employer site and resume postings for its job-seeker site.
Strategy
To drive resume postings in specific industries, ads were targeted across the Advertising.com network to hourly/skilled employees in the retail, food service, hospitality and automotive sectors.
To generate job postings, campaign delivery was targeted to a broad range of professional employers in industries such as sales, accounting, electronics, real estate, engineering, insurance and telecommunications.
In addition, Monster implemented Advertising.com’s LeadBack® behavioral targeting technology to target ads to employers who visited the Monster site, but did not post a job description, in order to maximize total postings.
Results
Leveraging its extensive reach and advanced technologies, Advertising.com has delivered more than 590,000 new job postings and nearly 300,000 new resume postings for Monster.
Advertising.com continues to grow the Monster campaign, both in volume and efficiency. With the addition of behavioral targeting, Advertising.com found it was able to deliver Monster’s desired volume of actions with 1/50 of the number of impressions previously served.
